Booking & appointment policies

A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Your deposit is applied in full toward the total cost of your service and is not an additional fee. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

More than 24 hours' notice

Your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment at no additional charge. We kindly ask that you make changes as early as possible so your original appointment time can be offered to another client.

Less than 24 hours' notice

Your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

No-shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. Repeated no-shows may be required to prepay the full service amount before future appointments can be confirmed.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. For lash and eye services, we recommend arriving makeup-free around the eye area whenever possible.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to reschedule, depending on the time remaining and the appointments scheduled afterward.

If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, your deposit will be treated as a late cancellation and a new deposit will be required.

If we are able to accommodate you with a shortened appointment, the original full service price will still apply.

Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time, provided the required notice is given.

If you need to reschedule the same booking a second time, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

Refill appointments are available within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment and require at least 50% of your lash extensions to remain intact.

If more than three weeks have passed or fewer than 50% of your extensions remain, your appointment will be considered a full set and will be charged at the applicable full-set price.

We recommend booking your refill in advance to help maintain the fullness and appearance of your lashes.

By submitting a deposit and booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these booking and appointment policies.
